Re: Make Clarke vice-captain now There are a lot of contenders for the captains job, it seems. Symonds, Hussey, Gilchrist and Clarke. Its more than likely it will go to Clarke so it seems logical to make him the vice-captain.

Re: Indian Cricket League I have been iimpressed with some of the Indian blokes. Shreyas Khanolkar, Abbas Ali, Manish Mishra seem to be pretty decent players. The finals should be interesting. A lot of money is at stake.

Re: LBW rules I'm not so sure about gving lbw's to the ball pitching outside the leg stump as that may encourage negative bowling. The outside the off stump rule though seems unfair to me.

Re: Pakistan vs India Irfan Pathan has bowled very well. Sharma hasn't been up to the mark though. I think Younus Khan moved a bit early to play the reverse sweep and Harbhajan altered the line. He should have played more cautiously, was looking good for a big score.

Re: England v Sri Lanka Vaughan played a beautiful innings at one end while Cook struggled at the other. He missed out on the 100 unfortunately. This is a must win game for England and this must be the kind of start they would have hoped for.

LBW rules I hate when LBWs are not given when the point of impact is outside the off stump. Even when the batsman is clearly trying to prevent his wicket with his pads hes given not out. If the ball is heading towards the stumps then he should be out. Its another disadvantage for the bowlers. I...

Sliding I always find it very hard to do the sliding stop when chasing the ball. I always mess it up. Are there any drills or instructions for it?
