Re: MMVCA General Cricket Chat 2009/10
Yep, the rumour is true. Some blokes just don't know when to give it away. The writing has been on the wall for a while now. Lets hope the 'gnome' makes a dignified exit.

Firstly, i'd like to apologise for being away from this forum for a few weeks. I've been on holidays. Had a great time.
Secondly, I noticed 'bcricket' wasn't on the St. Fairy's team sheet this game. Will he be back? I wan't to see him make a run!

Re: mmvca
You have got to be kidding kcricket. The only reason St.Fairies are re-jigging their order is cause they don't have the right players (not enough 1st graders). St Fairies only scraped through with a win in the 1st match and suffered a collapse midway thru last week innings...

Re: mmvca
I'd much prefer to watch the game from the fence. F**K sitting in the change rooms all day.
Not a bad knock from you this week Woodsie. Better than your tip of East Coburg to beat St Andrews.
FFNB are you still around? or are you hiding?

Re: mmvca
Why bother posting that! Get back in the nets. You need the practice.
As for you 'FRONTFOOTNOBALL", looking forward to taking you on (probably after the extended break). You are as cocky on the field as you are on this forum. Hope you can back it up with a descent performance...

Re: mmvca
Had a look at the St.Mary's vs Pacco game on the weekend and the opening bowlers from both sides would cause very few concerns to any opening batsmen. One new ball bowler from St. Mary's come off a run of about 5 steps and wouldn't knock over my 3 year old on a shortened pitch...

Re: mmvca
Well done to the St.Mary's boys who got off to a shaky start with a win against the lowly rated Pacco side. I tipped the Pacco boys in this game and felt i was probably robbed in the end. Can't see St.Mary's being as good as last year.

Re: mmvca
Settle down "mmvca". Your committment to local cricket is second to none. Not many people give up their time and efforts for the club and game as you have. Just wondering if the passion was still there?
