Yeah I reckon they do, they've taken some risks and done most things well. I'd liked to have seen Rashid bowl better, he's still a work in progress, I thought after how he'd done in Australia, he'd have done a lot better here. Maybe he's biding his time and he'll bring out his A game in the...

50/50, I wouldn't want to bet on it either way. West Indies seem to be massively up for it as this seems to be their specialism and they all seem obsessed with the IPL and the money they can make from that, so a good show in this game will put loads of them in the frame for IPL selection. I like...

Concrete Pitch And Its Damage To Cricket Balls.

I practice on concrete and tarmac and I use Hockey balls. Exactly the same weight and size and very similar bouncing properties.

Charlotte Edwards to retire - What do you reckon? They've got a new coach and he's talking root and branch reform according to SKY... Focusing on fitness, they pointed out that in that game they lost to the Aussie's today, there were a number of two's to be had and she turned down the younger...

    Wrist Spin Bowling (part Five)

No you've missed the point. This is what I'm trying to do and intending on doing, but what actually happens is totally different, but in order for the ball to come out of the hand at 90 degrees, I have to run in with the intention that at the point of release I intend for my wrist to be like...

    Wrist Spin Bowling (part Five)

This here is the view the batsman would have of my 90 degree side-spinner as far as I'm concerned in my head, this is what I feel like I'm doing but I'm patently bot because the ball come out spinning side-ways rather than backwards. So what I try and do is spin backwards, but it come out sideways.

    Wrist Spin Bowling (part Five)

You need to read the Peter Philpott book, The Art of Wrist Spin Bowling. There's series of chapters that take you through what he describes and going round the loop, but in essence he explains and suggests how you'd change your wrist position in stages to bowl all of the wrist spin variations...

That'd be a result if the Afghan's could pull that off. Chris Gayle, not sure what to say about him, that's not natural.

Kiwis did well against the Indians today - very impressive spin bowling and the Indians looked totally at sea, their super stars Dhoni and Kholi made to look like fools. Nice to see Ish Sodhi bowling and Santner was very impressive. I wonder if Morgan will use Joe Root as a part of his bowling...
