re: North A and B 10/11 interesting.... hard to imagine some play cant have been possible, surely if they were taken off in morning it wouldve been dry and preparable by early afternoon.... youd think 65 overs each starting at 3 would be preferable to a one dayer given improtance of bonus...

Re: Senior Seconds 09/10 i think they give 2 umpires or none in seconds coz the 2 includes one very junior trainee umpire not trusted on their own or with first XI games... as for no umpire games, ive only recently been playing 2s and it seems to work better than having the really bad ones...

Re: McGrath Foundation day its a tough one lifemember... we wouldve paid for balls to use that round anyway and the ones we have wont go out of date obviously so not really an extra costs.... having said that, without wanting to sound cold hearted, as a club we have enough trouble raising...

re: North A and B 10/11 Any truth in the rumour Roachy has left Moonee Valley and is playing out the season somewhere closer to home ??? If so, the premiership betting market in North A might need to be tweeked...
