Keep seeing articles about Warne looking to get back for the Ashes. Im sure its a wind up because he is playing Big Bash and wants some publicity, but what if??? Heres the article I just read Should Warne attempt a comeback?
Your right I suppose, we always remember the big hitters when they achieve and not those who put in sound performances but nothing spectacular. Ive always liked Monty so I hope he is in.
Yeah it will be interesting to see if he continues and shapes up to be what many hope, or falls by the wayside by getting involved in the ladies and taking his eye off his sport....it happens alot.
I cant play now due to injury, but when I did play I loved being early in the order. Being able to walk out as first in the batting order, get the runs down and build the morale of the team...gave me a sense of pride.
Great post and your exactly in the same boat as me. Im a Business Analyst and numbers are my game, but this doesnt mean I get it. Like you say, I get my head around it...or think I do but then end up back where I started. I think some people just get it and I am unfortunately not one of those...
Great player with an interesting personality, someone who will be missed whether you like him or not. Didnt see it but this article said he was hold back the tears - Poking chokes back tear
Sorry for the late reply, hes a Right-arm fast-medium and plays for England under 15's. Very young but looks very good from what I hear. Won player of the month foir Lancashire and plays for their under 15's
It certainly would. I do wonder about luck as you say because its the one thing Ive truly tried to understand in bowling but could never get my head round. Your post helped me, but kind of hindered me too lol. Thanks, great post
