Swim instructing is very rewarding work helping kids but it is easily the most underpaid thing I've ever done. Get about 10% less than gardening at the school and have to work twice as hard.
Brain dead work but I actually don't mind it, given almost total freedom every day and zero stress.
Low pay but not actually bad for what it is imo with the education department. Financially I'm pretty well off with investments so don't need big $ anyway.
Gardens and maintenance at a school. Still a little swim instructing.
Other jobs was an electrician. Tiny bit in shearing shed and water drilling.
Mostly all outside.
Was wondering why it felt so hot today because it was only 33 then realised its because I'm not used of having to wear long...
Our vet surgery in town that has been here since forever is closing because the lady is retiring and there is no will buyers to take it over. She shared it with someone else but they left a couple of years ago. We are now left with 1 mobile vet in a town of 2.5k people along with a heap of farms.
