I had a bad game on Saturday but I average 15 at an economy of 5 in colts T20s this year. I’ve bowled way better with the 4 piece on turf than I have with the 2 piece that’s swung too much for me to control. I might speak to the 3rd XI captain.

Didn’t bowl, didn’t bat, 4 of the 5 guys that bowled out 4 overs batted above me

Unfortunately, a very large chunk of Australians do not follow test cricket or any cricket at all. Indians are generally obsessed with it.

Would love to bat [emoji23] And I don’t mean for 2 overs at the end of a T20, I start fairly slow just rotating strike and build momentum over an innings.

Got openly praised on how much my batting has improved by the club president while he was reading out selections last night. Can’t wait to bat at 9 again for both games this weekend.

Tbf I’m more inclined to call Bumrah out than Murali. Muralis elbow was bent the whole way through his action rather than extending (which is what the rules specify). Bumrahs is hyperextension, and even though you can’t control that, I am sceptical that it’s under the allowed degrees of...

Mate if he was actually chucking it wouldn’t you think it’d be pretty quickly brought up and banned considering all the technology and scrutiny that illegal actions rightfully get. I’m by no means a Bumrah fan but there is no doubt he is legitimately a very good bowler. With all due respect...

Khawaja and McSweeney are both perfectly fine one day players in their own rights. If they wanted it they could definitely take the attack to him. Can’t say much for how well it’ll go but I think they’re capable of it.

Marnus should be dropped im just saying he won’t be dropped.

Also Bumrah is a freak of a bowler. I think a lot of his success this test is from bowling with a dead straight seam. I think our bowlers are way too reliant on the wobble seam and proved to be a little bit shit on this pitch. Hazlewood was the best, but he often bowls with a straight seam...

Also I can guarantee you no one is getting dropped after this match. The only person that would possibly be dropped is McSweeney and frankly he got out to 2 very good balls. The first one seamed in a mile and was unlucky to not be hit outside the line. The second one kept low.

Smiths dismissal was awful. In a vacuum it’s horrible, when you consider he’s been getting out like that for at least a year it’s even worse. He was an incredible batsman in his prime but he’s gone. We really need some top order batsmen to come through the ranks soon. We have Green at 4 when...

Sounds like there was still plenty of play and misses but it has definitely calmed down from what it was doing yesterday.

I got to say I’m glad I went fishing all day instead of watching this on the TV. Soul crushing stuff.

Yeah I watched the setup that CA posted as a video (really appreciate when they do stuff like that). Very good bowling.
