It's a final. You don't know what's going to happen. You throw that stuff out the window. For all we know, NZ may lift under the circumstances and Australia may falter. I mean, with the very strong memory of being gobsmacked by Ponting's innings in 03. No way did I think even someone like...
Listened to Australia'a innings on radio, now watching on TV. Harsha Bhogle has had a stint in both. There's a noticeable difference in the way he commentates in both. I couldn't recognise him on tv initially.
**** That was hot! Unbelievable! NZ in the final!
Tbf to the Saffas. I don't think they choked. How did they get in a position to win it? Game should've been over 5 overs before!
@futureblackcap !!!!
It didn't occur to me til it was mentioned on radio. But the winner of tomorrow's game will mean a first time WC finalist. So for that reason alone, I'm excited about the final.
But I'm excited anyway, because I still have no idea who will be playing in the final, let alone winning it. There's...
Kind of weird. When I went to SA/Ind, I thought it was a match up that could very well be the final. Since then, I don't think SA have been that good to think they would make it. But in a 50/50 knockout comp, anything could happen and I may attend the another SA/Ind match up at the G.
I'm often surprised to find out when Guptill scores more than 20. So you can only imagine my reactions as I was updated of the scores throughout the game on radio.
Just came back form Ind/Bang. It was a good atmosphere. Not as intense as Ind/SA, but not that I minded that. I missed most of India's innings, because I couldn't organise time off work. But was there just in time to see Rohit knock his 100. Left after Bang's 40 overs. Pretty good catch by Dhoni.
