Southee is a massive loss! Really hope he is alright for the rest of the series.
Matt Henry is good but Southee is the most experienced and obviously, was the best bowler so far for us.
Matt Henry has slightly more pace but hasn't being bowling that well of late so Bracewell was the right call. Having said that, would have loved to see the pace of Milne on that pitch but I'm in dreamland there... Has so many injury issues like Pat Cummins.
I thought Bracewell bowled reasonably...
All our bowlers have been loose today except Bracewell and Southee who has been excellent.
I'm quickly losing patience with Craig's two-crap-balls-an-over...
Yeah Ian Smith was annoying me too haha.
I actually find Ian Chappell the worst. All he does is rave about Australian players and find a million things to criticize about the other side! I remember him doing the same thing to India last summer..
Hopefully both series' are successes and we continue to play each other more often in the future. Even if it's just the Chappell Hadlee series...
Would still be better than nothing.
Close game. The Wallabies did really well to come back in the second half.
Just so pleased for Dan Carter in particular who finally got to play out a WC and was MOTM!
So this is why we stopped bowling any of our seamers. Not such a road after-all. Match has been abandoned after McCullum "double declares" after concerns for batsmen safety. Bizarre how a flat deck breaks up like this...
He didn't want to report on his friend but I do agree with you.
Personally, I'm not a fan of anyone who openly criticizes others in the media. We are all human, we all make mistakes so keep your judgements to yourself.
Well at least most of the Australia hopefuls performed well... :P

Hmm... I don't like how McCullum phrased it "That was Cairnsy, and he just made me a business proposition."
I wonder if this was before he met with Cairns in India or after because that makes a big difference? If it was before, Cairns might not have made it clear that it was about match-fixing...
