The Elsternwick vs Ormond game is going to be played on a Sunday in a couple of weeks is what I was told. As previously mentioned, the Ormond Team Manager had a serious health issue on the Friday night.
It is to ensure players are equipped for T20 Cricket if they choose to play Premier Cricket into the future. People will say we have a Tuesday night T20 Competition but that is played by the majority of the 1st XI so this match gives all XI's the opportunity.

Agree, experienced side, lost Maynard but the addition of their Pom should lessen the blow of losing Maynard.
Clarke becoming one of the better bowlers in the competition.
Absolutely, yes some sides make the finals year in and year out but there hasn't been a dominant premiership winning club since Melton going back 5-7 years.....

Brunswick plenty of firepower with McKay, Mayne, Sandars, Fort and now Murphy.
Understand people are there for a good time but it is important to be respectful.

Overall though another great night with deserving winners.
I think if Yarraville had won a few more games that Love would have romped it in but considering they didn't he will probably poll a lot of 1 and 2 votes.
As always, helps being an all rounder and for that reason Thorne and Kumara should be right there at the end.
