They did well with pretty favourable gradings. There seconds playing sides 3s (Riversides 4s?) etc. Still confident they will do well now they'll have more relevant gradings though.

Rosanna 2nd XI played C grade, which had 3rd XI's from Bundoora, Diamond Creek and Riverside - all other 10 sides were everyones 2nd XI.

Rosanna should acquit themselves pretty well. Very professional unit, solid team with lots of guys in the rightish age bracket. I'm thinking top 6 is achievable, from there it coes down to a bit of luck and how consistent you are.

I would have thought if they don't make top 6 it would be a failure.

I don't think you can say anybody will make the 4 comfortably at this stage. You have to lean towards the proven performers on recent history Creek, Plenty, Bundoora LE with Macleod to contend as well.

rosanna will make top 4 in barclay next season & may well win it. anyone won MS & then BS the following year?
