Not too bad. Trying to stay cool from the heat.

Thats a real shame, the heat i will be bowling at you tomorrow night will be blistring. Imagine putting your hand into an open fire it willl be some where around that sort of heat..

I'm afraid that at that heat, the ball will be burnt up and I'll be hitting nothing

A knee injury stuffed me up so I started swimming instead. Hence the reason why I stopped playing cricket.

But that +1 to you for a good retort.

I dropped a 20kg weight plate on my knee today, thong got caught on a stair, weight was dropping you can put the rest together

Oh no... That is terrible. The other day one of my friend snapped his ACL the day before he was to compete in a snowboarding world cup.

It was my knee. I saw it was going for my foot and tried to throw my thigh in the way, a little bit of bruising already, but luckily it hit me on the fleshy part.

Dad had just picked up some more weights, and I was carrying one to the car, my thong got caught on the stair and then it happened.

But don't worry, I'll be right to hit you guys around the park tomorrow

Once we've absolutely wiped the floor with everyone else in this competition, it might be the only way to get prepared properly for the coming season.
