Not bad but only played Leicester 2s (Wayne White has been consistent Ones) so if they are replacing him + Hall they have a fair way to go

From my understanding it doesn't make any difference it will go through anyway.

Depends on financial circumstances. Browns transfer can be held up if he owes money to the club. Membership dues and or other legitimate fee for example.

WSman - wouldnt it be in the best intrest of your club to let him go? He obviously isnt going to play at APW. or are you just after some money/compensation?

haha...i was just taking an educated guess.
when i first saw that the cl;earance was declined, i thought it was because paper work not filled out properly like 95% of others.
someone from your club said he was contracted (which should remain confidential i might add and not splashed over a public forum???). Putting two and two together...pretty obviouse your after something from hoppers....and brown coming back is not one of them.
anyway...good luck with your projects.
