I wouldn't imagine that apart from all the cultural issues that the weather/climate in Canada helps that much. There was a young Leg-Spinner that used to contribute to the Simply Cricket forum who used practice indoors and he used to talk about the snow being 7 metres deep outside during the winter. Do they have a longish summer or is it pretty brief?
