Best Keeper??

With all this talk about who is the best bowler and bat . What about those reliable back stops? A good team needs a good keeper any suggestions?
Skevs keeper wasnt bad when we played them
GG's keeper was also the opening bat and opening bowler meh figure that out
XAvier has the reliable Molan who is in his best form with the gloves for some time any other keepers half decent?

unfortunately he doesnt have much pressure on him, cos the seconds keeper whilst on fire behind the stumps needs to improve his batting, having said that he took 5 catches and made 25 yesterday

wakefield for HC is a freak, despite the handicap of not being able to run. but he rarely plays. which is unfortunate that such a young budding potential superstar's career is cut down at the age of 15. picture being told you are unable to play sport again at that age.

u make a good point mojo!! i do believe molan is the better of all keepers to have in your team because the kid can bat....wakefield hmmm not so. Thinks he's good tho. I guess thats important :s

I'm good mates with old Maxy who went to my primary school and i played with him at 2 different clubs and still keep in frequent contact with him.

An absoulute gun with the gloves. Seriously the best keeper i have ever seen by a mile. In Dowling he kept up to our openers (who were pretty sharp) and took 2 leg side stumpings one game. It created alot of pressure on the opening batsmen.

He can bat as well. He is one of the most technically correct batters in the league.

But yes... He cant play at the moment. There has been a few positive signs from him though. He just travelled to America to see a specialist and i believe he played a couple of weeks ago somewhere when i was talking to him. If he gets back to playing in the firsts which i'm not too sure if he will, then hes easily the best keeper out there.

Max is a top kid and a gun keeper. Unfortunate that this has happened to him, and may prevent him from being able to play again.

Molan is quite a keeper/batsmen. Fantastic athleticism and can hit the ball a long long way. Valuable part of the Xavier line up, irraplaceable.

yeh spoke to max today in maths actually.
he rekons that he will be back one day.
wonder who will replace him as the keeper?
considering bayard is probly a temporary.

Luke Mckenna from Parade along with Andrew Sturgess would dominate all them keepers.. sturg is playin district 2s cricket and batting really well to.. luke on the other hand plays for keon park ones.. also in a real league not like ur soft leagues where they pi ss in ur pockets

Luke Mckenna from Parade along with Andrew Sturgess would dominate all them keepers.. sturg is playin district 2s cricket and batting really well to.. luke on the other hand plays for keon park ones.. also in a real league not like ur soft leagues where they pi ss in ur pockets. both have represent vic at sum stage with sturg trying out for the under 19s vic squad

all them keepers, u might have some good keepers at ur school its a pitty u cant speak english properly
