Bowling 'off the wrong foot' and 'on the run'

What are people's views on successful bowlers who bowl(ed) off the wrong foot - such as Sohail Tanvir or Max Walker. Are they extremely talented people who are working with a defect? Working with their body as best as possible or does the natural high speed of the arm not allow them a textbook action?

Similarly, the same three questions for bowlers who bowl(ed) 'on the run' such as Wasim Akram, Malcolm Marshall or Andre Nel.

They are people who are working to the best of their abilities.

The text book action is a great starting point but only a few will ever nail it 100%, the rest will add their own twists to it, such as bowling off the wrong foot etc.

Very much a case of it works and isn't causing any undue stress on the body then go with it.

what does it mean to bowl on the run?

It is a combination of getting barely above the ground in the jump whilst losing no momentum from the run up.

I've watched a couple of videos from Tanvir and haven't noticed him bowling off the wrong foot.
