Mate, just keep it all to one thread, you're making one a day! The leg is braced, but you're just bringing it up and down, which isn't productive, you need to stretch to make the delivery stride as long as possible. Also, what happened to keeping the back foot along the floor, a fickle attitude to bowling technique changes doesn't bring you forward - trust me, I've been there. Work on one thing at a time, there is no quick fix to fast bowling.
yeh but when i try to stretch out and make the delivery stride longer my leg just collapses. Isnt this good how i just did it in the video, atleast it is braced eventhough it is not long.
