Consoles vs PC

Which one do you prefer for gaming?

I personally prefer PC. Although its more expensive than a console it is more versatile and since I can use it for a lot of purposes I don't consider upgrading expenses as a disadvantage. Although if I was a hardcore gamer I would definitely prefer a console.

The cost of a very good PC is more then a console.

I like the PS2 because I have one (Duh).

Its better playing on consoles because you can play in the comfort of your bed/lounge room laying down. You can play it on a proper TV - with a larger screen. However, lately I have been playing more games on the PC, mainly due to the patchability. Games like C07, GTA and PES are much more enjoyable with the patches made available from websites and forums.

AB, you should add PS2 and XBox to the list.

I have to say i can never really decide on this. The xbox plays brilliantly and the control is excellent. However the prospect of modifications on pc is great and they normally play well aswell, plus the games are cheaper. So id say the pc just about edges it.

Now Companies Is Making Emulators So That Consoles Games Can Be Played On PC. Isn;t It GOOD!

Emulators are far from perfect and generally require a high end PC.

I like consoles because its so much easier to play games on them than a PC.
