Re: DVCA Money Shield

Round 4.

Mill Park v Whittlesea

Mont v College

United v Morang

Thommo v Bats

Franks v Panton Hill

NEW v Bridge

Once again a few games that could go any way.

Can Mill Park bounce back? Can there bats start making runs ?

Will College have the bowling power to stop Mont Are Mont the real deal?

Bundoora came close again can they get there 1st win ?

Thommo and the Bats this will be a very good game of cricket..

Can Panton Hill keep the Franks under 300 ?

NEW on the charge can Husrstbridge match them with the bat and the ball.

Mill Park have to win I think this will be the game they start turning the talbe,is Shifta not playing this round due to Nobbas wedding in Perth?

College I think will win easy over the over rated Mont.

Might go Bundoora to collect there 1st lot of points.(Bears Gone)

Toss the coin (heads wins) Thommo to win only on the toos of the coin.

Franks will smash Panton Hill back to where they came fron the hills.

NEW will also win easy over the try hards of the comp.

Round 4.

Mill Park v Whittlesea

Mont v College

United v Morang

Thommo v Bats

Franks v Panton Hill

NEW v Bridge

Interesting game, the C's on a roll, Mill Park drop this one in, its a long way back, Mill Park should still win.

College looking every bit like the team to beat, if Mont lose they might have to fight for the spot in the four.

Morang with several new players in this week will get over the line.

This game huge for both teams, Thommo could really get their season going and the bats need to stabilise their's, look forward to an interesting game.

Panton Hill good win with Gunn getting runs and motch getting wickets, @ sycamore 300+ is required, Franks to win.

NEW good players were good and need to be everyweek to be able to mix it with the top three or four teams, bridge need big runs from Atkins, NEW to get two in a row.

over the next three games i think the four will start to even out, franks play college and mont, mont play college, mill park play whittlesea, no easy games.

Re: DVCA Money Shield

Hey Wizz
not the start you guys would have hoped for, lost 31 wkts so far, were the boys at.
good recruiting of players past and new, has the ground and training facilities had any effect on your teams performance.

i know that the season isn't decided in round three.

Mont v College: College will destroy them

United v Morang: Morang to win

Thommo v Bats: close one but Thommo to get over

Franks v Panton Hill: Franks to win with there batting

NEW v Bridge: NEW to get over the line

We cant blame the facilities, but it has not been easy not having a ground to train on or play on makes life very tuff. The nets need to be ripped down there just not safe as for the rooms were been told 25th of November wich means after Christmas...

The recruiting as been good Groom got 49no in the second dig, and Murcot looked ok as well Jones still hasnt found his way yet but he will come good and Lethel starting to hit the ball hard. Its only round 3 still alot of cricket left.

This week will be a big test we have 4 players out..Whittlesea are playing some good cricket so it wont be an easy game.

This year is all about rebuilding. All good things take time.

Is Leigh's brother playing this season?

All four at the races?

Re: DVCA Money Shield

Mill Park v Whittlesea: This kid might cop a bit of crap but Kingy from Whit is the key hangs around along time and takes a bit of pressure off the middle order. Whittlesea by a whisker.

Mont v College: College look the goods but expect mont to fight back... College in a close one.

United v Morang: Morang should get over the line... some questions to be anwsered over there batting strength.

Thommo v Bats: Bats have alot of young talent, expect them to bounce back!

Franks v Panton Hill: St.Francis too strong all round.

NEW v Bridge: New in a close one... again J.Atkins for Hursty is the key.

Who cares if he played district cricket. He plays Diamond Valley Cricket now. I see that he has only taken 2 wickets for the year so far...cant be that good.

My top 10 would be:

1. Jimmy Atkins
2. Luke Kennell
3. Jason Berthet
4. Matty George
5. Greg Duggin
6. Al Mann
7. Terry West
8. Simon Bray
9. Glen Motchell
10. Troy Barnett

Tried to fit Jarrod Lester in but couldnt find a spot for him.

Agree with this list! Who the fu*& is West? is he new?

If Parkers dont beat the Eagles i will go hopping pull your finger out Mill Park

College on there form I think this will sort Mont out and see where there at

Morang should give BU a nice old hiding

Bats to win Soly must hit the pitch and stop bowling pies

St Franks only just Hills have to step up St Franks over rated.

Nth Eltham should crush the life out of a helpless Hurstbridge.

Whittlesea in a canter. Mill Park are once again breaking their 3 supporters hearts

College to give a flogging to an over rated Mont

United to consolidate bottom position against Morang

Thommo v Bats..................... Nil all

Danger gane for the Franks. Would expect the two Whittlesea rejects to get them over the line.

NEW V Hurstbridge..... In a match that won't deliver any highlights, NEW to win and keep the wolves at bay for another week.

NEW looked good on the weekend might be a suprise for the finals, Bowling was very good but batting a little work needed. Al Mann hitting some good form. Look out Hursty

The bottom 3 are right. The top team will fall apart at some stage. Too many big heads with big traps. College are home and hosed to go up to "A Grade".
