Haha a 10 minute session with O'Neil and Howell. I think Sachin would be licking his lips facing you boys and the same goes for every other batsmen in dunstan.

The nets arent big enough for sachin down at xavier, during the regular season when batting and facing even medium pacers he starts on middle but by the time the ball comes past he is half way to square leg... he would get tangled up in the nets at xavs.

Sachin has always played in his own special style. However he has been effective.

Also, Julian Cohen has got Sachin out many a time!

Re: Eastern Cricket Association 2010/11

With the ashes nearing, rumour is that Paul Collingwood is playing for Bulleen to get some practice in time for the ashes.

He playing the first 4 games of the season.

He has obviously heard that John Howell is bowling heat. Although Howell may actually be too quick compared to Ben Hilfanhaus and not provide the right practise.

Howell apparently bowls gas, but his mouth is a lot quicker. Collingwood will enjoy facing short and wide balls all day. Especially at Bulleen.

I'm actually really excited to see how JH bowls this year. Don't write him off too early Fuzzbungle.

Who is the ECA's ben counsin??
One of the Day sisters would like to think they are Ben Cousins...

Surrey Hills captain has a little bit of Cuzzy going on (apart the massive flog factor)

Re: Eastern Cricket Association 2010/11

In the whole scheme of the North Balwyn chat, I believe that Neil Baker has been the best pro in the clubs history. 2 seasons there with the bulls who were battling at the time, made 500 runs on 05-06 and 383 in 06-07. Remember 06-07 was in A Turf. Also last year he hit 472 runs in A grade playing for burwood.

In Fernando's case 364 runs in A grade and 345 in Dunstan. Stats say everything so you do the math Toad and Jafro.

I think that James Dunn at Burwood has Ben Cousins type potential!

I think both of the day sisters, not just one of them. I saw them in the city one time wearing matching suits. Also I think Tim Hargraves has that cuzzy arrogance about him.

Re: Eastern Cricket Association 2010/11

James Dunn!!! Play indoor against him, wouldn't have thought there is any Cousins action going on there!

Couple of the Skevies boys dont mind a good time

Burwood's new recruit John Doak is a bit of a lad!

Ugly Sister - If there was one player you could take to your club from another ECA club who would it be?

I would take Neil Baker, gun bat and gun keeper. Also doesn't mind a pint or 2, or raising his hand in the air on the dancefloor. Andrew Male is a close second, when on song takes the piss out of cricket.

I've not seen Tongue play, but have heard great things about him.

Andrew Male has amazing talent, but a questionable fitness record.

For me it would be Parsons from Deepdene. Gun bat, good twister.

Sometimes it's not just about techers. A will to score runs can get you a long way. I didn't see it, but apparently Male took David Saker apart in 2008/9.

You probably need to look at all rounders for this though.

Tongue, Davidson, Parsons...

But you can never underestimate the qualities of a gun keeper can bring to the side...
