I am loving the forum's increased usage.
Sachin has certainly tried to spice things up, which isn't bad as it was in danger of becoming a North Balwyn love fest.
I must also say that I really enjoyed the moderators goading of Sachin for not being able to sign up properly. Well played that man.:D

re the mods.

1st account no email came through.

So I used an old email addy for next account, which then didn't work anymore.

3rd time lucky hey.

Jaffro, I will not say my club as this has nothing to do with my club. I am not arrogant and neither is my club but you and your mates should stop bagging people like parsons, toungue and hargraves who I know you guys would love in your team.

It really sounds like jealously. Fernando and Binney are the only 2 players I would have in my team from your club.

I admire the confidence you have but PLEASE BACK IT UP on the field and not in the forums.

I hope I am proved wrong and you guys are successful because I feel that NB are a good young team but there is no point running your mouth and losing focus and bagging other players for no good reason.

Last year the guys that chatted the most in your side DIDN'T back it up on the field apart from Gleeson and Binney. The english bloke and Howell certainly didn't.

I just think it is youthful confidence. It would be good to have Binney in your team incase there were ever any Plumbing problems.

got some problems here after the storm tonight! might give binney a call then and get the inside word on the club! can anyone give me his details so he can fix the leaks!
Speaking of leaks....will Binney be able to account for all the leaks in that team???

If you don't mind me asking, who do you play for TT?

In regards to who north balwyn have produced, Ben Holt had a good season last year, Nick Elsmore continues to offer. Danny O'she is nothing fantastic, he should have stuck to bowling pace.

sorry TT, im new to forums and online posting...couldn't even make an account properly.

I think we should talk about who we think will get relegated and who will win the comp.

I'll say NB and Canterbury relegated.

Top 4 should be fairly similar with Mulg, Deep, Bull, MA being the big contenders.

Glen Iris and StK should be up there too.

must be a different group from the blokes we have played. In fact last year they routed North Balwyn for 26 and got the outright win and we played them the following week and they were really humble blokes. We were asking them all about it and how they managed to bowl a Senior side out for 26 and they were saying it was down to good luck and good conditions to bowl etc.

I guess opinions are like the dangly bit between your legs R.J and everyone has got one.

Just thought I would share that story with you.;)

I was just stirring yesterday, got a good rise from people like terry and sachin. There captain is a super bloke.

I think to support Raging Jack though, there were a couple of decisions in the second innings (where north balwyn were obviously very fired up after being rolled for 20/80 odd) that caused a bit of heat between the two sides.

What are your predictions??

You see the blokes who dominated A turf 2 seasons struggled last season. Blanch and Binney took wickets for fun in A grade but last season they took 20 wickets between them.

Personally watching North Balwyn struggle last year I will doubt that they will stay up this season. They are a rabble and I know their young blokes are not up to dunstan standard, especially John Howell. Talks a better game than he plays.
