I got a bit of bat tape down the bottom of my bat, im about to oil it, i want to extratec it, should i oil then extratec over the tape or remove the tap then oil and extratec it

Oil very lightly, if you have to oil at all. Better off not putting oil where you want to tape, as it can reduce the stickiness and cause it to come off. Oil everywhere else but where you'll be taping.
