Good news, but what about the Afghans and the Dutch? Namibia? Kenya? There are other nations that could also benefit with a bit of extra funding. Scotland have said they want to use the money to "line up more high-profile matches against the top international sides at both home and abroad", which is great, but that should really be added reason for the Netherlands to receive some funds as well. Teams that tour England should try their utmost to schedule at least one game each against Ireland, Scotland and the Netherlands, and extra ICC funding would go a long way to making those games a reality.
