B.nichols has been nominated for Australia's next top Jet.

Channel 31 4am Friday mornings.

See me fire up my cannons.

This strike bowler, and hard hitting middle order batsmen, has been compared to the likes of Andrew Symonds, Richard Hadlee, Lance Klusner and Chris Cairns. Unfairly to the four above they only had half the talent of the Jet.

You make the real B Nichols look like a good bloke, and that's a hard thing to do. How's that garage shed /clubrooms of yours going

This strike bowler who bowls pedestrian and gets milked at 8 an over, and hard hitting middle order slogger who once got a 30, has been compared to the likes of Andrew Symonds for his ability to miss training, Richard Hadlee cos his sh*t like the kiwi's, Lance Klusner for the fact there both too old and should retire and Chris Cairns cos once again his sh*t like the kiwi's. Unfairly to the four above they only had half the talent of the Jet, yet i'm playing division 2 in the bush on hardwicket earning peanuts working for the dole!

we're the first to admit we're not the greatest club in the world. but with a new president, and full new working commitee, we're building back up.
as for being stuck in div 3, that won't happen. we're a good, proud club and we'll be back up there.

who are you?
i went through a few of the guild cc but could only come up with the following possibilities:

Middleton - wouldn't know what a computer is
Kelly - could've knicked a laptop but doubt he'd steal the internet aswell
Cowedry - would've already told us how good he is if it was him
Larkins - think his training with the Cricket Australia Academy so he couldn't be online
McClaren - same as middleton

so it's got me buffed who you are

This guy is the new Sharkbite, fair dinkum. Mate the joke got tired about 30 pages ago. Either start to contribute or pi$$ off. Hey Admin man, surely you can do something about this tosser. I'm not sure what forum he thinks he has logged onto but he is not partaking in any discussions whatsoever, merely just offering useless and supposedly funny comments. Wise up and leave or start from scratch.

I do have a rough idea, just wanted confirmation that it was the same guy I was thinking of. There's a big difference between the best bowler and up and coming. He was lucky to get one on the batsman's half of the wicket when I saw him.(if it's who I'm thinking of)

Re: Geelong Cricket '08/'09(gca/bpca)

Don't play for Bell Park but heard they signed a very good batsman. Made heaps of runs in divvy 2 a couple of years ago.

He's not a bad young kid. Wouldn't think there will be too many decent bats laying awake at night worrying about him though.

I heard he can hit a cricket ball into orbit

From him, mind

Haha Dag's Riches loves it!

He has done some tremendous jobs for the tigers, really good listnener who i'm sure will learn more as he gets older.
Was probably asked to do to much really because we were short of numbers thru injury and availability, hopefully get a few more around him this season.

Still learning the craft as a 21year old.

Get him and Joffa Bosworth fired up and working in tandem for us, things are looking promising.

And yes can hit a big ball when he gets a hold of it, just ask him ;)

Just bowl at his body. He's a baseballer and can't hit them there. Bowl it outside offstump and you'll be chasin em all day

Re: Geelong Cricket '08/'09(gca/bpca)

If he's 21 and hasn't learnt where to pitch the ball by know then, either the coaches down there are no good or he ain't gunna get it all.

what game are you talking about swing king?
he took alot of wickets, bowled alot of overs last season and went at less than 3 and over.

i've played with Anderton, Castle, Hucker and they all bowl the occasional bad one but are regarded as some of the best the GCA has seen in recent years, i'm sure even harper, hornett and muzza get hit for 4 everynow and then. we can't all be clint foord's and go for one an over everyweek!

 surely a fast bowler is allowed to bowl a bad one every so often?

How old are you? If you haven't learnt how to spell yet then you're pretty f*cked.

Didn't see Stuey Clark pulling up many trees at 21. Give the kid a chance!
