Geez - I would have thought the title of the thread might have given it away Sledge.

We (and a quick count on just a couple of pages over the last 2 days show it to be a little more than 3!!) have been on here commenting on various things that have been going on (or we think should go on). You seem to have taken enough interest in what we are saying to comment a number of times. Maybe you can take our comments on board (or to the board) and do something with them

Or you could go to one of the other threads, which by the look at them are simply over flowing with input

Ahhh!!! ....at least I've had a laugh out of you guys from the last dozen or so posts! :D
Rat, Hack, Redy....and I make at least 4 versus.....from what I can tell 2 old grouchy buggers who bat without a lid, have buckle up pads, a GN scoop and spikey dimples on the back of their gloves...if they still play at all.
Lets get one thing straight...2 day games are great...even though the points system is retarded (another debate...like pink balls...licked or not!)
One day games, if fixtured for whatever reason, need bowling restrictions for everyone involved in and watching the game!
Its not rocket science...just progress!!!

Oh and Streky and BigCocko agree too...look out the tides are turning....might have to start rowing a bit harder on the Ark or whatever you grew up on Drongo and Sludge!

Yeah great post 2blues. Especially from someone whom has played in one association to another seemingly unable to settle on a club. Yet you found your way back to the vtca. Do you think you'll stay this time RED DOG?

I agree Southern. For Daleshack, Redefine and 2blues to claim their is alot of support for one-day restrictions is just alot of frothing at the mouth. I'd suggest their would be less than 5% of the association that would go for it. If those three had vaginas they would be very lonely in the hottest little whore house in ST.Kilda.

Leaving your junior club for district cricket then coming back to junior club to captain/coach, yeah he's such "red dog" as you so aptly put it.

Where a one-day match is fixtured or enforced due to weather I, and I speak for myself here, would like to see the format as close as possible to a one day match. I'm not reinventing the wheel, I've played in similar formats overseas. It works.

It means I've played VTCA (including Senior Div), Premier, Subbies and in England a couple of times you Goose!!! It means I've seen some great comps and some comps that need to look outside their own arse!
And what is the Red Dog reference about???:confused:
Ohh and don't you need a vagina to work in a whore house??? Don't know what you're doing in St Kilda Drongo.....your dealer is selling you some weird shit!!!

I appreciate volunteers and I appreciate committees asked to govern, but I don't appreciate rock apes who can't see the big picture......
I still haven't heard ONE solid reason why bowling restrictions shouldn't be brought in...all I've heard is what ifs and bullshit!?!?
