usually its either prove your playing at a very high standard and playing well, showing that you have lots of potential and desire,,, or u claim ur a very gd club cricketer whos being held back because ur mum and dad arent makin enough money to fund it properly
email some companies (maybe lesser known ones depends your level)
tell em about you achivements, level, goals, aspirations
they may offer you something
As others have said, simply contact companies and ask.
Many will want a list of your achievements and it never hurts to have a reference from a coach highlighting your potential.
It's also worth remembering that a lot of 'sponsorships' are really just a discounted price list being offered to the player and that as part of the deal you have to fork out for new kit in a certain time frame. Even so, it can save a bit of cash.
