Guess The Item 🤔

Becoming warmer, but no cigar.
Well, I'm running out of ideas. What other metal instrument could they have used back then?
Is it inserted into the body or applied outside of it with no blood running?
Is it used alone or together with other substances or liquids?

Not metal. I said it was not a hard material. It is applied outside of the body and is used alone, often more than one. Those clues should also give this game away.

I'm clueless nonetheless. Is the application painful or a relief?

You still dont know what it is? The item is a leech used in Medicinal Leeching otherwise known as Hirudotherapy .
What made you think that leeching was used more on males than on females?
Misunderstood your question. I had it as the male practitioner using it more than the female.

Your turn or Terry.
