After playing a match, and maybe only bowling 9/10 overs because of my age restrictions, i get a lot of pain in what i think it my hip flexor...is there anyway or restricting this or strengthening them? any help would be really useful
The problem with young guys these days is lifestyle. You spend so much time sitting... in cars, in front of the computer/TV, at school desks etc that your hamstrings, hip flexors and pecs are short. You need to spend time lengthening these muscles.
The hip flexors [psoas major and illiacus] are easily stretched but to make sure we have the right area, can you be more specific?
