I can't believe NSW were allowed to play McCullum. Cheats. There should be a rule where international players must qualify by playing a certian ammount of games.

If you had taken the time to listen to ABC Grandstand over the weekend you would have heard interview after interview on this matter.
NSW aren't cheats. That's pretty low to call them that. Obviously you don't know how to deal with losing very well.
The same thing applies to Andrew Symonds for calling McCullum a pile of cow dirt.
Nothing but rude and inexcusable, in my opinion.

If the ball is on the pads it will not be called a wide even if the batsman moves out of the way. If the ball is wider of the pads it can be worked away but techincally that is not playing it off the pads.
I watched that game and I thought that the umpiring was pretty ordinary because of those incorrect wide calls. But I am happy because my team won, which I thought that they wouldn't win.

NSW aren't cheats, they played by the rules. Fair play to them.

However, the rules are crap. They must be changed to avoid this farcical situation in the future.

Yes NSW didn't cheat but it was poor sportsmanship playing a player who has nothing to do with NSW and had nothing to do with getting them into the final.
Rules need to be changed, I aren't a sore loser it's just that I found that playing him was poor sportsmanship.
