Can Freddy come back with a bang and blow India out of the series?

I think the momentum is with England now, their tails are up.

Freddy is a massive boost. As long as Colly has recovered from his 'poorly tummy' we should be ok.

Collingwood will play in the 4th ODI. India has a chance if their batsmen are able to make up for their bowlers' defects. I don't see Zaheer Khan, Agarkar, Chawla, and Powar suddenly finding the form of their lives, but who knows..

Why has Mascarenhas been left out of the England squad again?

Mascarenhasn has a got a injury hasn't he?

Engalnd have just got Gangully out caught by Bell of Anderson. Another perfect start!

Well Ganguly dismissing himself to his favourite shot... once again.

I think he's recovered from whatever he suffered from after the 2nd match. England just chose to retain Owais Shah.

Another short ball, another Ganguly wicket.

Well, the short ball has claimed another Indian victim. Karthik just doesn't look good out there coming in at 3, but Dravid takes a while to learn his lessons.

What a start from Flintoff, shows what a class act he is. India's been extremely disappointing so far, but let's see what Yuvraj can do.

72-3 not bad. Could of been alot worse. I think Tendulkar will get a century.

Aaah, terrible shot selection from Tendulkar, that it was Kevin Pietersen bowling only compounds the misery. On the positive side, if there is one, this is the perfect platform for Dhoni to build a MOM-worthy innings.

210-8 The tail is wagging slightly.

Ian Bell and Pieterson will knock these off! <s><img><s>

Zaheer Khan starting things off with a wicket maiden. That was a beautiful ball, pegged back the middle stump flat onto the ground.

Good ball, bad shot <s><img><s>

Now 10-1, Bell looks in good nick!

Match Thread: England vs. India, Manchester, 4th ODI

Prior slices one third man, absolute pants shot.

England 14-2

An unexpected one from Agarkar. Prior probably didn't expect it either, because he horribly mistimed it.

The commentary is absolutely hilarious, as Pietersen arrives at the crease. "Even before Pietersen faces a ball, he's been abused by four or five Indian players." <s><img><s>

Ooh, Tendulkar can't get a hand on a difficult chance. There is so much happening here in a short time.

[quote="Hopey":1c286]Powar's miss on the boundary. Pure comedy![/quote:1c286]

You've got to go easy on him there. He's been doing a lot of running in these first few overs.

AGARKAR! You bloody enigma! Terrible leave from Bell, but great stuff from the bowler.

I really think once the spinners are on the England lads are going to struggle, maybe if these two stay in we might have a chance. But doubtful!
