It has been a very quite off season for Money Shield
 
Lower Eltham have officially pulled out their 2nd XI in C Grade tonight. Sighting not enough players to fill the side for the year.

Horrible result for all if that is the case. For a traditional DVCA club to be in that plight is not a good sign for the future of cricket.

Do DVCA make a quick amendment to the fixture and promote teams up?

I understand Greensborough has been promoted from D Grade to C Grade.

That now means their will be a bye each week in D Grade as no side form E Grade was willing to come up to fill in the gap.
