One Dayers Round 6: Indomitable Magpies v South Aussie Figjams @ The Nest

Both these sides have had disappointing first halves, and they find themselves tied for the wooden spoon. However, in the ever-tight BCFCL, they are just a single win out of the top spot on the table. We'll see which team comes out on top, and which team drops into the basement as we head into the midseason break.

Teams in by 11:59 pm GMT the day of the match

how is that negative???? it is just stating where we are, and what has happened lately.
i know us bowlers are ready to come out firing, its just giving a little extra motivation, rather then the usual "common maggies"

C'mon Maggies! Jams should be a fair conquest for us but we need to tighten our bowling. Back at the clubhouse we have a fresh keg of Maggie Madness waiting for post match celebrations.

Unfortunately, the Maggies have earned themselves another one point penalty for not submitting a pitch on time. Remember guys, anyone on the team can submit pitches and XIs, not just the captain. Your team is due by 11:59 pm GMT today.

Now that they have incured the penalty can't you just use the team from last week ? I am eager to win this game !

I think the whole thing should fold. There just isn't enough interest. Somebody put the teams in for the first couple of games and now that's not even happening.
Normal pitch and same team.

Every other team except the magpies has some form of posters posting for them. Figjammers have excelled themselves this year, some are away at this point in time. We have more people posting than last year anyhow. GO FIGGIES !!
