Please rate my bowling and suggest improvement plan

Hi I play under 12 this season and I do left arm unorthodox. My delivery grip is back of the hand and have been practising for last 4 years. I can generate drift and can control the seam position. Majority of the coaches I have been to ask me to change to finger grip; which I am unable to do.

I want to get to the county squads next year so any advise will be much appreciated

Hi Ishnair - great to see another left-arm wristspinner around, there's not many of us!

I would highly recommend that you repost this into the Wrist Spin Bowling Thread - there's some pretty knowledgable people in there.
I'm still pretty much a beginner myself, only bowling seriously a couple of years, so I'm not really qualified to give coaching advice. You look pretty good to me , a lot quicker than spinners your age normally are - there is a lot of good stuff there to work with.

A better look at your grip would be helpful - what are your coaches saying about it?

What is there about your bowling that you'd like to improve? What sort of line do you normally bowl?
