I know that this rep system is modelled after the current BigSoccer version, but it's extremely difficult right now to accumulate rep, because very few people have more than one green nipple (as we call it at BS). Is there any way to change it temporarily so that giving someone rep actually has some tangible effect on their score?

let's see... this would be the place in this thread where i offer a silly but insightful thought about how Big Dawg got his points and hope that he finds a little bit of humor in it and thereby treats me to some points for the comment...

however, i will remain quiet on this issue and sit patiently by awaiting someone else to take the reins on this one...

would it have anything to do with your incorrect word use?

yeah... not the intended word there...

how about "I feel your pain."

and about that issue... yes, i feel pain too, when i read a mistake like that...

O yes, you have never posted any gramatical errors before. There are pages of them. Almost every single post of yours has an error in it so dont give me that crap.

the funny thing is that i am an English teacher, so my REPUTATION was at stake...

and don't get all upset, it IS just a message board... i screw up from time to time, too...

oh, and I wrap my rap with rep...
