best game of the year so far, wes needed one more run to win with one wicket in hand and max allen cover drove one which was dropped and we got the single to win

I thought GGS win over Scotch was something BUT Xavier getting beaten by Wesley must be nothing but embarrassment!!!! Well done Wesley I told you all that Xavier were overrated :rolleyes: @| @|

CGS 150 odd and 2-50 odd were defeated by MGS 250 odd declared....

Landy another solid 35, Keath dogggggy doggg a fantastic 89, Hugus 'Aaaaaaaaaark dowwwwnnn betttttssaaaayyy' Trotty 25, Borris 30 odd etc.

Betty took 5fa in the first innings and 1 fa in the second to bring his season tally to 25 - best in APS? Other wickets shared. Charles Shaw took one of the best catches you will ever see at cover *cough* *cough*

CGS guys were nice blokes - good game of cricket.

Rich Thomas fielded for 60 overs with one shoe on - ingrown toenailitis

Lachy 'penguinoman/hamburgler' Gooley bowled the single best over of leg spin ever witnessed in the history of cricket - including 4 unplayable 'ice balls' and a dropped edge

solos were nice and cold - passiona/passito/creaming soda next week - just gotta happen

Who dropped the catch for Xavier??? I really wouldn't like to be him at the moment...

fairly shore it was craig, but not sure, also note considine, dropped jushavalak twice, but still bowled like a superstar, 2 fa about nothinng (20 tops) off 20 overs

That betts kid really needs to Ark Down, I heard Will "Elton John" Cannon also played well for MGS out at Wheelers Hill

Yeah Mate missed all One dayers in Nov/Dec 07 as was in Boarding School in the Uk, have had 1 game in the 2's and 3 in the 3's (where I played on Sat at Caulfield), Elton John??

I am sure that i saw Will "Carson" Cannon sitting with the MGS 1st XI team, he took 8 for 8 last year and will probably be picked in the 1st's this week

Mate I would love to be in the 1's but can't even get a place in the 2's. I was sitting with the 1's cos I finished my game which was next to thiers. Are you from CGS

didnt play makeing the debut agaisnt mgs this week scotch 2s are undefeated with there new import takeing 5 wickets in 6 balls on the weekend scottch will easily knock off grammers 2s

I Agree............SCOTCH WILL KILL MGS, Melbourne grammar 1st's are rubbish so their 2nds must be even worse@| @|
