Social outdoor T20 cricket - Last Man Stands Australia

Are any of you currently playing Last Man Stands cricket in Oz or have played in the UK, South Africa, Dubai or New Zealand?

Last Man Stands now have leagues running in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Gold Coast and setting up to start in the coming month or so in Brisbane, Canberra and Adelaide.

There are over 10 000 registered players globally playing this exciting new form of 8 a side outdoor Twenty20 cricket.

Games last just over 2hrs and have some great quirky rules to like the double play rule (2 wickets in one ball) or the famous Last Man Stands rule with the last batsmen able to bat on his own but can only score of 2's or boundries.
Each player and team is given a global, country and city ranking for batting and bowling as well as a details profile on batting and bowling action, age, height etc.

To find out what all the craze is about and why Last Man Stands has doubled the amount of participents every year since it began in 2005 register your team or as an individual and a league manager will contact you with further details.

For Adelaide, Melbourne and Canberra leagues please contact Greg Mortimer on 0412103498 or email me
For all other leagues visit the Last Man Stands Australia page for the various league managers.

Tell us what you think if you have played it?
