No never played there, but many of my teammates went across to West and had success, had plenty of beers there myself. Their success probably cost us a flag in the VJCA...

Probably speaking out of school, but I saw with my own eyes a paid player get dragged out and belted for supposedly nicking coin from behind the bar one night. Good player, good bloke, says it was a misunderstanding and that was what I was getting at.... $ + cricketers + piss = occasional trouble for which no one person is neccessarily reponsible for.

I have heard another brutal story out of West but will not dignify it with an airing because I only heard it second/third/fourth hand.

My point is, its not a West Newport thing, and its not a weapons thing.

lets get 1 thing str8..............i never ripped any 1 off never stole coin i was even trusted with a set of keys for the rooms as a first year player.........tcnthat you know i will go the distance with any 1...........:eek:

I know that weapons, what I am saying is that these stories seem to get bigger and bigger each year and further and further away from what really went down.

Weapons get over yourself you fat snaggle toothed unwashed lump af pig fat, the only thing you could go one on one with is an eating contest you blimp!

Looks like Wyndhamvale are the firm favorites for the flag this year , thats if there united, any truth in the roumour about the thriller in manilla down at honour av?

Good to see Lavo had a win the boys are starting to gel as a side and really should be 2-1 after there shocker round 1 loss to willy imps. Just missed out on the outright on the weekend which wouldve had the boys back up there.

Their batting will need to improve before they become firm favorites.
Digman have had a couple of easy wins.

Firm favourites your kidding? Theyve got a great bowling line up,but cant make 200 especially with schnitzel opening the batting? Struggled to get over the Imps 182, minus Hinton?Far from firm favourites,wot about colts,digman,imps?:confused:

Ive been too busy laughing at Grand United to post sorry about that.

Am i the only ones that find it funny? The greatest team ever to walk on the field and they are a rabble at the minute.
Although, "when we win the next 2 outright we'll back where we belong" that was what i was told. ha ha couldnt get 200 at gellibrand. must have really been a dynamite dodgy wicket for the greats to get done. i guess batting on a dodgy you cant help bad luck huh?

We're going alright, it was a shame correct. Shame your ugly too.

a couple of easy wins 1 was, but 5/52 chasing 190 west no easy beats
