Gentlemen, can we can keep it civil and stick to cricket. As fascinating as it is to read you insult each other and attempt to guess each others identities, it does get old real fast.

Good thing about Lavos B turf is that alot of the players are only 17 - 18 yrs of age including

Josh Hinge - Was given a go and bowled 5 wickets in his first game in B Turf
Aaron Driver - Good talent, played a few games of A Turf last season and at his best is capable of being up there
Bryan Lawry - Very good player, he could just about be the best player at the whole club if he put his mind to it

Plus we recruited alto of players for the A turf side which helps out our B Turf who struggled to win last season

I agree with you,ive have seen those young blokes play once or twice and future looks good. You have the right people running the show this year and things are happening around the place. There were heaps of people there all day a few weeks ago when i played against yous, must be making plenty over bar?......................Lawry pick of the bunch for sure!

Gee 19 wickets loss in a day at Heathdale College Oval between Point Cook and Imps in B Turf. Looks like bit of a dodgy deck.

Going by recent results in B turf, looks like Point Cook, Lavo, Colts, Wyndhamvale and Deer Park are the front runners so far. Big Improvers being Lavo and Imps.

Slow start by last year premiers Digman, cant write them off yet though, looks like a few missing from last year side?

Far to many teams in this division, the association should of relegated the bottom 3 sides last season or at least one side to avoid the bye... Luck of the draw could make a difference in making finals this year!

dodgy deck? was played on hard wicket at point cook !!
combination of very good bowling, some bad shots and some poor umpiring.
outfield was a mixture of sand and thick, lush grass, very hard to score on.

I thought they were going to get access to their turf wicket for that game. Which hard wicket did you play on? Must of been the bigger ground as we played on their tiny pitch Lawrie Emmins last game which was lightening fast.

Point cook have been relying alot on one of their opening bowlers, if the trend continues, they might come unstuck come finals time once again.

You done well to restrict them to a low total, looks like you may be in the hunt this year or at least close to finals action.

playing at dunnings rd.
one v.good bowler but others keep pressure up, which helps him, they are a v.good bowling team.
more depth and numbers at our club this year which is helping.
hopefully push for finals is in us.

Great effort from Lavertons A and B Turf sides especially B Turf who beat Wyndhamvale a previously undefeated side outright!

was a good win by your mob apparently on what seemed a shit deck.
I must say, the club had 18 unavailable players for the last game, with the majority of those being from the 2's which meant alot of shifting around from that side.
Not taking anything away from you, i just think the result doesn't really compare to the normal Wyndhamvale B-Turf side

spot on 1965, away teams should have 6 points each in a wash out if
the comp had any balls teams would have to use there covers, game on weekend colts v digman start 3.30 can only be 1 result digman chasing 218 in 2 1/2 hours joke they rewarded the home team for not using there covers.
