I do rate McSweeney, he hasn’t blown the competition out of the water like Green or Pucovski. But he’s been very consistent and has often scored very clutch innings for a few years now.

Nah I get that he’s been absolutely horrible with Australia and makes most of his runs at the flat junction oval ground. But regardless of how far he should be from the national team he still deserves to be in the Victorian one.

Harris is one of the best shield openers for the last decade so that’s very very harsh to say he shouldn’t be in a shield team. I agree though I’d rather see Lyon and Hazlewood open the batting before Harris steps back into the test squad.
