Yeah hopefully. Burridge is an insanely good batsman, he switch hit their 1st change bowler over point for 6. Choudry is just a good hack though tbh

8 so I probably won’t at this rate, need 51 runs off 15 overs. Only 1 down.

Yeah, swung in a bit and was going for the Yorker but just a little too short. Long on got a hand to it though so it was almost a wicket.

Oh apparently the scheduled stream had the wrong times or something so it’s not working. I believe it’s still recording it though.

I was originally not even going to bowl at 15 overs in but I think I made enough eye contact with the captain that he put me on. Was happy with how I bowled though. I’m good at reading batsmen and keeping them quiet if I need to do death bowling is fine by me. Get some wickets from blokes...

I do rate McSweeney, he hasn’t blown the competition out of the water like Green or Pucovski. But he’s been very consistent and has often scored very clutch innings for a few years now.

Just went for an early morning fish and had a 41cm Tailor for breakfast so I’m loaded up on energy [emoji23]. Getting to the ground at 10 for warmups. This is my first summer bowling pace, and this match is a T20, so to be honest I’m not super fussed about taking wickets and I’m just planning...

Actually to be honest with you I liked those pitches as far as developing players goes. (Except for the vic v Tas one that was too flat) The other 2 would would have ended if there had of been a 5th day. Again barring the Victoria game, good batsmen scored runs and good bowlers took wickets...

Nah I get that he’s been absolutely horrible with Australia and makes most of his runs at the flat junction oval ground. But regardless of how far he should be from the national team he still deserves to be in the Victorian one.

Harris is one of the best shield openers for the last decade so that’s very very harsh to say he shouldn’t be in a shield team. I agree though I’d rather see Lyon and Hazlewood open the batting before Harris steps back into the test squad.

Yeah I think Smith still works out better for us than any other candidate atm

Yeah it should but PlayHQ is shit and the score often breaks. I also just forgot it carried our names before I sent that.

Not really sure when I’m batting or bowling, but I’m a tall, brown haired fast bowler (Cody Hanna). There is another fast bowler in the team that’s exactly the same height...

Yeah same, he’s the only person in the team that’s put his hand up to do it, and it means we have our 6 nets batsmen playing in the top 6.

I would love for Konstas to be consistent, he could EASILY find himself opening the batting for the test team in a year or 2.

I’m still strongly against opening with Head outside of Asia. Against an accurate bowler with a brand new swinging/seaming ball he’s dead meat. He statistically has a small box near his off stump that he really to deal with compared to everything else. Opening with him exploits that weakness...

Yeah not the scratchies unfortunately. I’ll be available for colts on Sundays and all those matches will be definitely be streamed. There are 32 people available for 1 team though so I’ll need to be selected first 😂.

Had a 35 over a side scratch match on turf yesterday. Went way better than my first one where I got carted. Felt like I was bowling pretty quick, was hitting a good line and length most of the time. Got a fraction of away swing and seam movement with a 25 over old kookaburra 4 piece. Didn’t...

Honestly I think the 10 overs of allrounder/part timer stuff can be really fun. It’s also often the point where the match can turn on its head. I love watching Head and Labuschagne come on and roll the arm over. I think needing 5 bowlers worth of overs spices up the game a bit more. With 4...
