2016/2017 Money Shield

I wasn't talking about the issues that marred last year, but it's hardly poor management when you have injury problems, a bloke playing in the UK and coming home and another who had to finish his studies before coming out again. I'm not exactly committee's best mate, but not even I can blame them for that!

Unlucky in the fact that I think our 1's played a bit better than their ultimate position on the ladder at the end of the year. We lost 3 tight games; one by 12 runs, one by 6 runs and the other by 2 wickets. MS is a very even competition and a couple of errors cost us.

If this team were to be playing against a rival comp. and I was playing for them I wouldn't mind seeing Worthington at 3.

Worthington selection is a bit contentious for mine, maybe his involvement on the Radio Show carried weight cause his stats don't make him a clear cut selection. Earp probably stiff but they had to pick Amos as he won the comp average

worthington is a cat who has had 2 good innings ever. earp had to get in. amos shouldnt get in based on him throwing the pill.

Shouldn't but has to , can't not select a comp award winner. Shouldn't be able to win it with 23 wickets anyway. Considering that what changes would you make Notorious One?

started a new job with Saturday Shift work and isn't able to commit to the time constraints of Captining a club.

If he does retire fair to say he's definitely left a positive mark on and off the field in our comp. 3 Barclay Shield flags and a Money Shield premiership captain, club champions, batting avgs, and one of the best blokes off the field to have a beer with hands down... geez I sound like Spud Frawley taking about Plugger
