West Indies should be strong favourites for the final.
50/50, I wouldn't want to bet on it either way. West Indies seem to be massively up for it as this seems to be their specialism and they all seem obsessed with the IPL and the money they can make from that, so a good show in this game will put loads of them in the frame for IPL selection. I like the way England now seem to moving towards more of a sense of different blokes for different teams based on their strengths. This England team has so little in the way of ego's based on past performances in different formats, they're all young and they all seem to be mates and they're all just going for it in a way I've never seen before. I reckon whatever happens, getting Chris Gayle out of the way cheaply has got to be a key aspect of the match, if he gets, in his presence is not only dangerous from the runs perspective, but the psychology of the game. If he goes early that will be significant. I don't think the other bloke who got off the plane yesterday will repeat his performance.I don't know why my gut feeling says England would beat West Indies to clinch a second tittle.
Yeah I reckon they do, they've taken some risks and done most things well. I'd liked to have seen Rashid bowl better, he's still a work in progress, I thought after how he'd done in Australia, he'd have done a lot better here. Maybe he's biding his time and he'll bring out his A game in the final?I reckon it'll be close.Overall this tournament was a good success. We witnessed some great matches(sa vs Eng,wi vs afg),Afghanistan rising,New stars for England and Australia, maybe,West Indies.Hope this final is not a 1sided one.
Did England actually deserve the spot? Or was it just Williamson's poor captaincy not, letting the spinners open bowling on a turning pitch.
Oh lord! You seem to be supporting women's cricket more than men's cricketOn the subject of Charlotte Edwards...

Dude..but Nz still could have won that game.Kane should had brought Santner or Sodhi after the 3rd or 4th over rather than 7th over which happened in the match(because already after the 4overs the score was close to 45.If Dhoni was Kane he would have brought a spinner for a change). And as you said the fast bowlers let Nz down. But it was a turning track,Sodhi did pick up 2wickets in quick succession, but too late for Nz.England did deserve it. Kane's captaincy wasn't poor although he does have a few things he can learn from..
The pitch wasn't turning anywhere near as much as the other pitches that NZ played on in the comp. We needed our pace bowlers to stand-up as well. Our batting in the last ten overs was what really lost us the game though.
4 Down back on top now, come on England!!!!!.... Oh gutted given not out Scumbags. What a roller coaster ride!!!.England just gaining momentum and a wicket.Ben Stokes comes in.Eng:11.3overs 86/4
