Yeah, i play in the hdca and everyone plays on synthetic pitches, including seniors.
I also play on turf wickets for school and i can say that they are much better to play on.
I think that juniors shjould play on sythetic when they are getting used to the game but when they start to get older and play against better oppenents they should start playing on turf.
