You truly are the dopiest of the dopey, Pidgeon.

Are you sure you're not Brick Tamland from Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy?

"Brick Tamland: I ate fiberglass insulation. It wasn't cotton candy like the guy said... my tummy itches."

"Ron Burgundy: Brick, where did you get a hand grenade?
Brick Tamland: I don't know. "

I wouldn't go picking a guy who doesn't train.

Dear Brick,

As one of our old Pointies would say, "I rest my case!"

You are no Pidgeon, you are a Goose.

Please do yourself a service and look up David Boon on your little machine there. You'll find he played 107 Tests for Australia, he once drank 52 cans on a flight to London from Sydney and he is a little Aussie legend.

I think he might be a touch busy to play in Ballarat next year, what with him being an Australian selector and all.

Boys, and whatever the hell Pigeon is, I'm putting this advertisement out there to any interested parties as a change is in the wind at Ballarat-Redan.

Ballarat-Redan Cricket Club -
Seeking Captain/Coach or Coach for the 2008/2009 season.
Applications including detailed background of coaching and playing history (experience not essential, first time applicants will be considered) to Secretary - Greg Wakeling, P.O.Box 4054, Alfredton 3350 or greg.wakeling@mysoul.com.au by April 30.
Further information on website http://ballaratredan.cricketvictoria.com.au/index,html

If you want more info check out the website or send me an e-mail.
P.S. Our thoughts about the BCA and the proposal I put together for Ron Jennings has been sent out to all Presidents and Secretary's last week to take into the Presidents meeting on the 14th of April. I've asked him to table it all with the clubs and see how we go from there. Cheers, Waka

Just Wondering what the subs are at other clubs as a comparison. Could people please list your club and what Membership/Subs are for the year and also what you have to pay as a match fee on game day.

Coronet at the moment is $50 as a membership fee and $15 per week for all grades.
