Coach or Assistant Coach Wanted \ Players wanted
Hampton Cricket Club is seeking a Coaxh, Assistant Coach and Professional Players for the 2011/2012 Season, in particular we are seeking a top order batsmen.
We have 5 Senior Turf Sides affiliated with the VTCA and currently 7 junior sides.
The club has a long and successful history, winning various flags over the years including the 06/07 and 10/11 1st and 2nd XI Premierships and after some lean years is looking to rebuild and earn promotion back to Senior Division of the VTCA.
The right candidate for one of the above positions will ideally demonstrate the following:
1. An ability to help teach and improve cricket techniques of all players, especially younger players.
2. Strong leadership skills, by word and example.
3. A desire to grow and develop a winning culture, particularly through our younger players.
4. Availability to help with training sessions, including pre-season.
5. Good communication skills.
6. An eagerness to involve the junior section of the club in development activities.
A package commensurate with the successful applicant's skills and experience will be negotiated.
