If reports are true that Bentleigh CC has lost its ground for the whole year where will they play Centenary Park? No pavilion or fench and wicket not that good so home games on Sundays at nautrel ground?

Bet McKinnon will be trilled with that news especially have there 2nd ground being used on Saturday as I can't see Bentleigh 1st & 2nds playing Sunday if this happens.
Mind you you think these works should have been done in winter?

Middle Park Cricket Club kicked off its pre-season training last night at the new Junction Oval indoor nets.
Nice to have the nets right on our door step instead of travelling down to Hawthorn or far out as Springvale.
Next session is on Monday night, 6pm-7pm, in case anyone knows someone who'd be keen to have a hit/bowl with us this year.

What is the points per team this season? I noticed Mckinnon's new recruits total about 24 points for 8 players.

Is that so won't do them any good as South Caulfield and Bentleigh will be in the Grand Final yet again with Bonbeach Hampton in the Top 4 as for rest a long season awaits

How has this turned out for them?
Ah well. It's a brave man who forecasts the finalists six or seven weeks before the season starts. Two out of four ain't bad. Hampton seem to have survived a battle for relegation, and Bentleigh need to make 359 against Sth Caulfield, and even then rely on bottom placed McKinnon making 338 before they can sneak into the finals. Neither is likely.

What would they be protesting about? Sth Caulfield had it tough and went from 6/90 to 6/150 odd...

Then why was there only 60 overs bowled on Saturday?
From reports wicket needed work done on it as it was a disgrace which for a final and that wickets at princes park are normally quite good.
