Do we have to select, or can we stick with 11?

Some merit in leaving a pool and giving your initial 11 a go in the prreseason games, then you know what you need. Also a chance that the pool may grow big enough for a 5th team.

When i put the rules up they'll say you need at least 12 players

You don't have to pick a 12th player now but you eventually will.

No chance for a 5th team this season. There are still quite a few players who i doubt will post very much if at all.

even if 10 people signed up in the next 10 minutes i doubt we'd have enough committed posters for 5 teams. There are between 10 and 15 people i have doubts over in regards to their commitment to the competition.

Anyway a bye in the competition would just make people loose interest and i don't want to add a bot team.

Also a 5th team would mean taking players from sides which i don't particularly want to do.

Meh, he'll do as long as he'll change to a pure bowler or batter, whichever I need.

At the moment I think we've got 4 bats, 2 ars, 3 bowlers + Pidgeon fan.
