Not ideal but we'll put up with whoevers there, i thought we were playing at Telfer til i got a phone call saying it's at Yulong.

No disrespect to the 19's & Reserves but don't think anyone outside the playing groups really give a toss about those games, if the seniors happen to win, well, i'm sure the joint will be packed. Lucky to have been a dozen people on other occasions when the Seniors got beat but good luck to them on Saturday, hope for my old mans sake they win.

Yeah i still reckon there will be a fair crowd on sunday. it will be grand final like expierence for your young guys playing!!!!!

We do this week, why?

No reason just wanted to see you post again. Wouldn't be the first time someone in the poilce force has wasted time today.

No my mistake. I didnt read bradfromeltham's post properly.

yeah, i do have a bit of spare time, not enough to be a moderator though!!

Dont need to do much moderating. The Diamond Valley boys are pretty good so far. I have The Wizz to worry about that.

Hoggy you are kidding yourself! Diamond Creek and Riverside should/will be in front of Eltham at the end of the year. Lower Eltham will be bottom 5.

Really your whole ladder is crap! Bit like your bowling!

You still couldn't put lower in your bottom 5.

That was the hardest two spots. I tossed up between the choking Riverside and Lower Eltham in those two spots. But Riverside just, on class.

Re: DVCA Barclay Shield 09/10

Just got word that NO Sri Lankans are available for visas this year. Definately will set back Lalor Stars and Bundoora. I'm sure both clubs will cope but think Sammy Kandage might do it a bit tough. 12 x Imports x $100 a week x 26 weeks.:eek:

We are ok, we've arranged for Shane Bond & Peter Fulton from New Zealand to play this season, much easier for kiwis to get a visa.

Is Parera playing, or is he stuck in Sri Lanka? You may have to bowl 30 overs a week again:D

It's been on the cards for a while so it's not a shock, we still have a Sonny & Guri so we'll still be Multi-Cultural......

Hopefully we can help Dinesh ( kande Premukumara ) gain full time residency, that has been his wish since he first came to Australia so will be interesting to see how that goes. The poor bloke has nothing in Sri Lanka and hopes to make his future in OZ. He's guaranteed a full time job, want's to play cricket, drinks carlton Draught and won't cost the tax payer a cent. In short, he's got 99% of the intake of immigrants covered, yet still can't get a look in!!

If we have a bad start to the season, might get my missus to marry him, she's happy with me ( i think ) so she's obviously not fussy!!

Whats it matter to you Craig? Are you getting a sling?

I find it a bit ironic that you question my integrity Terrance. For the record, no I haven't been getting a sling.
