Considering Riversides 3s embarrassed RECCC 2s in the gf the least they could do is ask the question to a few of them.
Not often you see big name clubs such as DC/Banuyle advertise externally on social media platforms. Maybe a few deals have fallen through?

Perhaps intentionally looking for a coach outside the current playing group. I always liked this option as I don't care who you are, unconscious (or sometimes completely conscious) bias will always creep into coaching decisions when you promote from within the playing group.

Fantastic news for Epping. Shaun Barker is an amazing player, and somehow an even better person. Hats off to all involved in signing the man that took OP's to glory.
