daniel cookson is a gun,has anyone seen his form this yr? 2 40's, 120 not out 81 and a few starts lol
hes earnt his spot in dowling
jackson is a good player but deffs not worthy ov captain
mike wayman didnt even get invited to dowling tryouts! whats up with that,hes fairly handy

does it not occur to you that just being the best player in the team does not entitle you to the captaincy?
jacko is doing okay , so maybe we should show him a little respect and wait till the carnival happens to be judging him.

i prety much agreee
he is the best player at old ivanhoe,ivanhoe 1sts and heidelberg juniors,so yeah y should he be in the team ?? no reason

charlie robinson a freak.. you must be kidding..
is an alright bat but never one that you worry about.. has a solid defence but no shots what so ever. and his keeping in no where near the standards of a cookson

the meaning of under rated is viewbank
no one gives us a chance ever but we can hold our own,we had the best team in A grade heidelberg 6/90 but then the rain came lol so we hav proven we have the ability to do well but yeah
get on the banker boys bright future ahead

thats good mate , now back to dvca juniors..

all the games this week are fairly judgable, game of the round to be plenty and riverside but plenty should definately get up.

a captain isnt necessarily the best player, he probably has a good knowledge of the game.

A captain isn't the best player. A captain is the best leader, one of the smarter players of the game and has the best decision making and can make those split second decisions without hesitating.

Lower Plenty vs Montmerency - Lower could win by 100

Thomastown vs North Eltham Wanderers - Game of the round I think TTU in a one dayer

Mill Park vs Whittlesea - Mill Park and easy win to keep ther finals hopes alive

Riverside vs Plenty - The rivalry might lift Plenty but i doubt it Riverside beat a top of the table NEW in rd5 so the siders by 30+ runs with ther batting order reversed
