That wouldn't surprise me he couldn't manage a one man rowing team. But for the future of their club Rivergum would need to look past that and do whats best for them. I think playing in the NMCA would not present the challenges they would be looking for.

I've actually heard they have a couple of people running for board positions at the nmca tonight, hard to see them jumping ship if that's happening.

Could we play in masks? Would it be possible physically? It might be the only way to get some of the season up. Just think.. no club functions, no Xmas parties, no draw days and no after game or training socialising would be the only way if we get off the ground.

You don’t have to wear a mask if you’re running so I wouldn’t think you’d have to wear one on the ground but the rest of what you said I think will happen

Yep get that running ( bowling & batting) but it is the coming together after a wicket etc. All that would not be allowed. It maybe that games that only have an official umpire to police that can proceed? Social distancing while waiting to bat, scoring etc
Lot can happen in 3 months with COVID, hopefully in 3 months we have turned the corner and are lot better placed that we are right now, think it's pretty silly to try and forecast what is going to happen next week let alone at the start of the cricket season. Whenever that would be.
